House on a Hill

At the end of last year, my older sister and I explored the little, quaint and down-right lovely town of Hobart which made my little heart bound with joy and my heart feel so at home. At the very bottom of Australia lays Tassie, home of sweeping landscapes and some of the friendliest folk I have encountered. Seriously, everywhere I went everyone knew each other and were not afraid to start conversations.

The buildings are older, the streets more crooked and the atmosphere oh so friendly. And honestly, I felt that the architecture reflected the ambiance and character of the people. The whimsical nature of their buildings is especially evident in the multitude of playful, pastel colours accompanied by heaps of leafy foliage AKA heart eyes emoji. I couldn't help but photograph the humble abodes of those living in the wonderful city of Hobart.

Anyways, how are you all? I've been busy like a bee (who coincidentally I am terrified of) because YEAR 12!! While I hyperventilate in the corner I hope you enjoy the rest of your week.

Much love,
Maggie xx
